A SONG WITH NO TUNE YET

Spring is waxing
Winter's waning
No more snow
But now it's raining

Summer's waxing
Spring is waning
Toward the sun
The crops are straining

Fall is waxing
Summer's waning
Nights turn cold
The leaves are changing

Winter's waxing
Fall is waning
Until the spring
Jack Frost is reigning

I'm feeling you!!! Last week I made a beet/carrot coarse puree, I puree veggies to add to food for the kids. Anyway, I used that puree and added chicken and made a quesadilla. Oh..my..goodness! So good!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I used golden beets so it was nice and sweet and now I want another one right now. Yum :)
